Staci Rudnitsky

Welcome to my homepage!

actor singer (dancer)

Staci is one of a rare breed of actors here in New York City — she’s a native! Born in Queens and raised in Rockland County, she made her stage debut in the 4th grade singing "Tomorrow" from Annie ( a Capella), bad perm and all.  At the age of (age deleted to protect the innocent), her Nana took her to her first Broadway musical: Into the Woods at the Martin Beck theatre. Her love affair with the theatre was solidified, and she’s been singing ever since.

After high school Staci left the safety of the East Coast and travelled to Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Music — Vocal Performance. For four years, she concentrated on classical music, written and aural theory, theatre and the piano. Four long years with nary a decent bagel or good Chinese restaurant to be found. But she survived to tell the tale, and returned home to NYC.

When she's not performing, Staci can usually be found either at the gym lifting ridiculously heavy things, or outside running distances generally reserved for automobile travel.   You can follow her exploits here at Grit, Guts and Gumption.

Staci is a proud member of  Actors’ Equity and the Screen Actors Guild.
